Yay! I'm Going to the Baltimore Con!
Posted by maggie

I can start making plans on things to see and do (and caution others that they must not miss the Geppi Museum at Camden Yards)!

Will I see you there? Have you seen the museum yet? (I lost track of how many people told me they'd gone to the convention but didn't get around to seeing the museum. Let me just tell any comics fan reading this: Budget the time to go to the museum at some point during your stay in Baltimore. If you plan ahead, you won't be sorry -- and it's in easy walking distance from the convention hall.)

I am planning on going to the Baltimore ComicCon as usual. I signed up for membership at the Geppi's Entertainment Museum the first time I visited - knowing that I would be back several times. The Star Wars special exhibit is supposed to be there until September 15 so convention attendees will be able to enjoy that. It is a great exhibit. The whole museum is quite wonderful.

Maggie,

I look forward to seeing you in Baltimore. I'll be with the Kids Love Comics contingent.

I've been in Baltimore a couple of times now and haven't yet seen the museum. I'm very interested in visiting, though, maybe on the Monday after the show.
