Can You Identify This Cartoon?
Posted by maggie

It seems to be a constant challenge in our field to identify anonymous artists -- so let me toss the challenge out here, while I'm at it.

I recently bought the original of a magazine cartoon I'm sure I've seen before but I don't know who the artist is or where the cartoon appeared. I've posted the cartoon on my website, and it's only been a day -- but I'm already getting impatient about a possible answer.

Any ideas?

If there was an image, maybe I could help.

Is the link not working for you? It should take you to the image, if you click on "posted the cartoon on my website" in the original post ...

Maggie:

After an exhaustive search of both my memory, personal collection, and probably some of the same resources you used, alas I came up empty too.

But in regards to the link:
While I just read the message the first time without actually looking for it, in the past and on the CBGXtra website, links usually appear in a different color.
That little rascal blended in perfectly with the rest of the post's text.

Sorry I could not be of more help.
