A first in what would become a recurring feature for TBG: a convention photo feature on the 1972 New York ComiConvention.
The letters column included a testimonial from Joe Krolik (who in the 1980s and 1990s owned the Canadian comics distributor Styx International) and a plaintive letter from Bill Buy noting that, if not for the willpower to resist TBG?s advertisers, his ?free? subscription would put him into the poorhouse.
This issue featured a Green Lantern/Green Arrow cover by Neal Adams (provided to TBG by Byron Preiss) and a pin-up from Dennis the Menace creator Hank Ketcham.
