The Buyer’s Guide #26

December 1972
40 pages, 2 sections ? Cover by John Fantucchio
Only one issue for December, as TBG broke its biweekly streak.
This was the last free issue of TBG. (Subscriptions were announced at $2 for 23 issues.) To compensate, Dateline, a news section, and Now What?,Murray Bishoff?s regular column, were added. It would run until 1979, when Cat Yronwode took the column over.
John Fantucchio‘s fan art was everywhere in the early 1970s, including this holiday cover featuring “Big Blue” and the “Big Red Cheese.”
