Hellboy fires up February

A new Hellboy mini-series headlines Dark Horse Comics‘ new titles in February. Hellboy creator Mike Mignola joins veteran illustrator Richard Corben for Hellboy: Makoma, or, A Tale Told by a Mummy in the New York City Explorers’ Club on August 16, 1993. (No, I didn’t make up the title — but I like it.)

Also highlighting February goodies are Crying Freeman Volume 1 trade paperback and a novel exploring the origins of the mobster made famous by Al Pacino, Tony Montana, in Scarface Volume 1: The Beginning.

Manga fans wills enjoy the hardcover coffee-table book Fairies by Yoshitaka Amano.
