• According to CNN’s The Marquee blog, Sean Hayes has been added to the cast of The Three Stooges as Larry. He joins Will Sasso as Curly. Hank Azaria is rumored to be in the lead for the role of Moe in Farrelly brothers’ film which is scheduled to begin shooting later this month and is scheduled for release next year. • The Marquee blog also had the news that M. Night Shyamalan’s next film is planned to be science-fiction thriller set 1,000 years in the future where a father and son, played by Will and Jaden Smith, respectively, must survive on a deserted planet Earth. • The Big Bang Theory is new at 8 p.m. E.T. on CBS. Season 4, Episode 20 is “The Herb Garden Germination.” Physicist Brian Greene makes a cameo appearance.
• The Uninvited (1944, 99 mins.) is on Turner Classic Movies (TCM) at 8 p.m. E.T. (OK, it has no comics connection, but I have to tell you it’s one of the best ghost story movies ever, and it is not available on DVD. (Maggie Thompson)
• “It’s alive!” Turner Classic Movies airs Frankenstein (1931) at 10 p.m. E.T.
