• The LA Times has a piece on the upcoming Kevin Smith reality series, Comic Book Men and AMC has posted four new promo videos for the series, which premieres Feb. 12 immediately after The Walking Dead. (Brent Frankenhoff)
• Valiant Entertainment has hired former comics retailer Atom! Freeman as its sales manager. Among Freeman’s early efforts will be additional outreach to retailers, including a phone call to every one. (Brent Frankenhoff)
