• The International Association of Media Tie-In Writers has announced the nominees for its 2012 Scribe Awards. Among the nominees are CBG’s own “writer of stuff” Peter David for his novelization of Transformers: Dark Side of the Moon in the Best Adaptation General or Speculative category and our “cruncher of numbers” John Jackson Miller for Star Wars: Knight Errant in the Speculative Fiction/Best Original Novel category. The awards, which include the naming of Kevin J. Anderson as Grandmaster, will be presented during Comic-Con International: San Diego in July.
