Noted

• The BBC has optioned the TV rights to Image’s Peter Panzerfaust.

• At Thursday’s Diamond Retailer Breakfast at the New York Comic Con, it was announced that Dynamite Entertainment is joining Diamond’s Final Order Cutoff program in November, followed by Boom! in December and Valiant at a later date. The program allows retailers to adjust their orders until very close to the printing deadline.

Marvel has announced that further volumes in its “Season One” series of hardcovers will feature Iron Man, Wolverine, and Thor. Each book updates the origin and earliest adventures of a given character.

DC will release four annuals in January, one each for Superboy, Batman and Robin, Green Lantern Corps, and New Guardians.
