• Russian bodybuilder Olga Kurkulina will play Mother Russia, The Red Mist’s bodyguard, in Kick-Ass 2.
• After posting a strip featuring his characters in a retirement home last Thursday, Maakies creator Tony Millionaire has announced that the strip is not ending.
• Stan Lee recently spent a day on the set of Comic Book Men, Kevin Smith’s AMC realty series, which is shooting its second season and features the employees of Smith’s store, Jay and Silent Bob’s Secret Stash.
