• Stan Lee has canceled his appearance at this coming weekend’s Mid-Ohio Con as well as an appearance at the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library that had been scheduled for this Thursday. No reason was given for the cancellation and Wizard Conventions, which runs Mid-Ohio Con these days, is issuing refunds to VIP, photo op, and autograph ticket holders. The Beat has an update on the situation.
• At this past weekend’s Brooklyn Book Festival, Bob Fingerman announced that a Minimum Wage collection, Maximum Minimum Wage is on the way, with some edits to bring it closer to a PG-13 story.
