• The Association for Mentally Ill Children of Westchester, Inc., the sponsors of The Clear View School, is holding its 27th annual charity auction and raffle Saturday, Nov. 3. The event begins at 6 p.m. at the school, 480 Albany Post Rd., Briarcliff Manor, N.Y., with a silent auction and a preview of the live auction. Among the items for sale, with all proceeds benefiting the facility, are original signed pieces of art by R. Crumb, Jack Davis, Bill Griffith, Terry Gilliam, Jay Lynch, Gilbert Shelton, Mort Walker, Chris Ware, and Jack Ziegler. Other items include trips, romantic getaway packages, and more.
Admission to the dinner and live auction is $150 per person, but bidding on the art by phone can be arranged. For more information, call (914) 941-4653.
