Arizona

Burbank. The International Animated Film Society: ASIFA — Hollywood. Animation. Urbandale. The Iowa Comic Book Club. Discusses comic books and related items. Meets second Sunday of the month at the Urbandale Public Library. In addition to monthly meetings, the group also puts on four shows and one convention per year, has an annual Christmas party, and group outings to shows and movies. Dues: $10 per year. Kansas City. Kansas City Comic Book Club. A discussion group about the state of the comic-book industry, both locally and nationally. Oklahoma
Oklahoma City. Star OKC. Member interests include all areas of science fiction, fantasy, and horror fandom, including books, movies, TV shows, comics gaming, costuming, collectibles, and science fiction and fantasy art and music. Club activities including gaming sessions, movie outings, guest speakers, and group trips to local and regional conventions. Dues: $15 for a single membership and $25 for a household membership (two or more people). Participation in club meetings and activities is completely free, but dues help pay for club activities and give a member voting rights on club business.
