Milestone Media co-founder Dwayne McDuffie died Feb. 21, due to complications from a surgical procedure. He was 49. McDuffie was also known for such animation projects as Static Shock!, Justice League Unlimited, Ben 10: Ultimate Alien, and All-Star Superman. That latest project, a direct-to-DVD release, shipped the day after his death. See More
